Covid-19 Notice and Waiver
베델교회는 지역 사회를 건강하게 유지하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 교회 현장 사역을 다시 시작하면서 COVID-19의 확산을 줄이기 위해 정부 및 CDC보건기관의 지침에 따라 건강 스크리닝 절차를 시행하고 있으며, 청소와 방역을 하고 사회적 거리두기를 따르고 있습니다. 현장 사역에 참석하시는 분들은 위생을 위해 항상 마스크를 착용하고, 정기적으로 손을 씻고, 사회적 거리두기를 지켜 주시기를 부탁드립니다. 방역에 최선의 노력을 다하더라도, 불가피한 상황 가운데 현장 사역에 참석하시는 분들이 COVID-19에 노출되거나 감염될 가능성이 있으며 현장 사역의 참석은 이러한 가능성을 높일 수 있음을 알려 드립니다. 아래의 신청 버튼을 클릭하시는 것은 다음과 같은 사실을 인지하시고 교회의 현장 사역에 참석하시는 것으로 인정 됩니다. 1) 사람들이 있는 모든 공공 장소는 COVID-19에 노출 될 위험이 존재하며 그러한 노출 또는 감염으로 인해 신체적 상해, 질병, 영구 장애를 얻거나 사망할 수 있습니다. 2) 귀하는 본 약관을 완전히 이해하고, 귀하 및 귀하와 동반하는 사람이 COVID-19에 노출되거나 감염 될 가능성이 있다는 것을 알고 자발적으로 위험을 감수하고 참여하는 것이며, Bethel Korean Church 또는 목회자나, 임원, 직원 또는 자원 봉사자들에게 책임을 묻지 않기로 동의합니다.
Bethel Church is committed to keeping our community healthy. As we begin to reopen for Church program, we have introduced health screening procedures, cleaning procedures and social distancing protocols per governmental and health agency guidance to reduce the spread of COVID-19.  We ask for your cooperation by wearing face coverings at all times, regularly hand washing/sanitizing, and social distancing. However, Bethel Church cannot guarantee that you or those accompanying you will not be exposed to or become infected with COVID-19.Attending Bethel Church services could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. By clicking register below, in return for attending Church program, you are acknowledging that:  1) An inherent risk of exposure to COVID - 19 exists in any public place where people are present and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. 2) You fully understand the terms hereof and understand that you voluntarily assume the risk and that you and those accompanying you may be exposed to or infected with COVID-19 and agree not to hold Bethel Church, or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
